Q: I had email in the old webmail system. Where did it go?
A: You will be able to access that email over the next few days in the new system. There was an extremely large volume of messages in that system, and it will therefore take several days to move into your new account. If you need to access those messages in the meanwhile, please click here.

Q: I had a bunch of email addresses in address book in the old system? Can I get those back.
A: You should receive a message in the new system listing those addresses so that you can create the appropriate contacts in the new system. Unfortunately, however, we were unable to import them automatically for you in advance.
